It has just been revealed that the former President Barack Obama once wrote to an ex-girlfriend about “mak[ing] love to men daily, but in the imagination.”

‘I Make Love To Men Daily’
Obama was only 21 years-old when he reportedly wrote this in a letter to his ex-girlfriend Alex McNear back in November of 1982.
“In regard to homosexuality, I must say that I believe this is an attempt to remove oneself from the present, a refusal perhaps to perpetuate the endless farce of earthly life,” Obama wrote, according to The New York Post. “You see, I make love to men daily, but in the imagination.”
“My mind is androgynous to a great extent and I hope to make it more so until I can think in terms of people, not women as opposed to men,” he continued. “But, in returning to the body, I see that I have been made a man, and physically in life, I choose to accept that contingency.”
Obama dated McNear during the one year that he spent attending Occidental College in Los Angeles before he transferred to Columbia University in New York City. This letter is currently owned by Emory University, which refuses to let it be photographed or removed.

Obama Biographer Speaks Out
Obama would go on to marry his wife Michelle in 1992, and they then had two daughters together. Obama biographer David Garrow, who wrote the book “Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama,” was quick to defend the former president for what he wrote to McNear.
“I’m a historian, not a psychologist, but I think it’s ‘public record’ news that a (vast?) majority of human beings have sexual fantasies!” Garrow said.

Garrow also recently said that Obama expressed hopes that his biographer would never read the letters that he wrote to his ex-girlfriend Sheila Miyoshi Jager, who he proposed to before his marriage to Michelle.
“Barack made it clear to me that he hoped I would never read them, I can put it that way. I think if the letters to Sheila ever become public, I think that will be a signal event,” Garrow told Fox News. “Those letters would detail just how extremely serious and extremely intense a relationship that was and that it continued off and on into his Harvard Law School years.”

Obama Is Reportedly ‘Insecure’
Garrow went on to say that a mixed-race marriage to someone like Jager could have made Obama’s political image more difficult for him.
“The one aspect that I will endorse or that is inescapably true is that by 1988, he knew he wanted to run for public office in Chicago,” Garrow said. “And he knew… that having a wife like Sheila Jager, half-Dutch, half Japanese, would not cut it in Black Chicago… Having a non-Black spouse 25, 35 years ago was an active political problem for a Black candidate.”
Garrow has also interestingly said that he believes that Obama is just as “insecure” as his successor Donald Trump.
“He does need to think of himself as victorious, successful,” Garrow said. “This is perhaps the central aspect of his political personality that people have to appreciate. There’s an inability to accept loss, accept defeat.”

Obama has yet to comment on any of this publicly. It would certainly be interesting to hear what Michelle thinks about his previous claim to “make love to men daily” in his mind!
