If the 49ers win the Super Bowl, running back Christian McCaffery will join his father, Ed, as a Super Bowl Champion. The same with San Fran’s head coach Kyle Shanahan. With a victory, he and his father Mike Shanahan will be two coaches with Super Bowl victories. Here is a list of all the other father/son duos to win the Super Bowl as players.

Punter Craig Colquitt won back-to-back Super Bowls with the Steelers.

His sons, also punters, picked up rings with two AFC West squads — Dustin with the Chiefs, and Britton with the Broncos.

Offensive tackle Bruce Davis won two Super Bowls as a member of the Oakland Raiders in 1981 and 1984.

His son, also Bruce Davis, won a Super Bowl as a linebacker with the Steelers in 2008.

This is the only father-son duo to win a Super Bowl with the same team. Both were long snappers, though Steve also played linebacker.

The elder DeOssie was on the Giants’ Super Bowl XXV squad, while his son earned two rings in Big Blue’s Big Game wins over the Patriots (XLII and XLVI).

The Thinking Man’s Quarterback won two titles in his Hall of Fame career with the Dolphins back-to-back in 1972 and 1973.

Brian was John Elway’s backup when the Broncos won Super Bowl XXXIII. He is currently the 49ers’ quarterbacks coach and would be the fifth person to win a ring as a player and coach if San Fran is victorious.

Howie Long won a Super Bowl with the Raiders in 1984.

Chris, also a defensive end, won rings in back-to-back seasons with New England and Philadelphia.

Considered to be one of the best safeties of all time, Ronnie Lott won four Super Bowls with the 49ers.

His son Ryan won a ring in 2003 as a member of the Buccaneers.

Emery Moorehead was the starting tight end for the Bears in 1985.

Aaron Moorehead won a championship with the Colts in Super Bowl XLI. He is currently the wide receiver coach of the Eagles.
